Starting, Changing, or stopping Service

New Owners - Start Service 

For new property owners needing to start new services, please complete the Application for Water/Sewer Service.  Applications can be submitted by mail, dropped off at our office, or emailed to contact.us@heritageranchcsd.ca.gov 

There will be a non-refundable Account Start-Up Fee of $25.00 applied to your account and will be payable on receipt of your first bill. 

Tenant information is not accepted by the District.  All account information is to remain in the Owners' name.

Discontinue/Stop Service 

You may contact the office at (805) 227-6230 or you may use the form below.  If you do not receive a response confirming within 5 business days, please contact the office.

New Connection 

Please contact the District office at (805) 227-6230 to obtain an appilcation for new service connection and hookup.
