New Owners - Establish Water/Wastewater Service 

To establish water and wastewater service, please complete the form below to request an Application for Service.  The application will be emailed to you within 2 business days.  

If you do not receive the application within that time, please contact the District at (805) 227-6230.

A non-refundable Account Start-Up Fee of $25.00 will be charged to the account and included on your first bill.

Important: All water and wastewater accounts must remain in the property owner's name. The District does not establish or maintain accounts in a tenant's name.
