It has been brought to our attention; many customers have received an email from noreply@municipalonlinepayments.com with the subject: Utility Billing Payment Reminder. Please rest assured, this is not a scam. This email was generated through our billing software, however, was in error. We have been working with our software company to figure out why these emails were generated within our system. The “Pay Now” button will not allow you to make a payment. You will still receive a paper bill in the mail as normal. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
